Clauses granting free access to well & privy in yard 'to do theire necessarie busynes there & also to drye theire clothes there upon the hovell as often as need shall require will not dam up the light of the buttery now opening into the shop there. nor lawful for 2) to sublet except kitchen & chamber over it for one whole year except to Joyce Gitts or to Margaret Yarrowe, widow Mother of Joyce without 1)'s consent. If they die they lawful to let to Joyce Gitts' children.
