Dudeney mentioned JC's blocking up to window on staircase of Roff's room.
A.T.T. solicitor for both, so trying to mediate.
Roff shown him deeds of 1878 betwen late W. Coleman and himself + corresp.
Windows there then & Roff says since 1842 suggests remove obstruction at once because wld 2/3 lose legal action.
