case of Roff's room.
A.T.T. solicitor for both, so trying to mediate
Roff shown him deeds of 1878 betwen late W.
Coleman and himself + corresp.
Windows there then & Roff says since 1842
suggests remove obstruction at once because wld 2/3
lose legal action.
