Henry Whittaker his attorney recites the Will of Jas Weston 31 July 1850 appoint executors etc Widow Ely Weston, George Henry Cooper and Robert Garland Power of sale a) Cottage, Biggleswade formerly occupied by William Knight, Staymaker, late of William White and afterwards of Mary Steward between house late of Jos. Weston and afterwards of Jas. Weston and cottage formerly belonging to Chancellor Hide and Common right and common of pasture for 1 horse, 2 beasts and a breeder on commons of Manor of Biggleswade (admitted 7 and 8 April 1818 on Surr. of Robert Merris) b) AND plot of ground containing a frontage to London Road 84 ft with joint use of well late occupier Roland Stanley (2 May 1834 Surr). Rents 3 and 1/2d.
