Homage presents that Thomas Young of Bendish in the parish of Walden St.Paul, lately a customary tenant of the manor, held for life to him and his heirs 5 acres of land in Flexmore Field and 29 acres of pasture by copy Court roll, for annual rent of 9s.8d. Since the last court he has died and Nathaniel Young, his brother and heir, is admitted at the will of the Lord according to the custom of the manor, the fine and heriot having been paid.
