Nathaniel promises to Elizabeth yearly, free of quit rents: - 40 - 400 faggots worth 10/- from his land at Pauls Walden and Kings Walden - a load of hardwood worth 13/4d, all ready to be carried away to the messuage she is to enjoy for life by this agreement for which she pays 10/- pa, that is, the messuage where Nathaniel now lives at Bendish.
