-- all that piece of land situate at Campton together with the school room and dwellinghouse and outbuildings standing thereon, coloured pink on plan in margin (not copied on this copy)
to hold unto and to the use of the sd. minister and churchwarden of the sd. parish and their successors.
upon trust:
to permit the sd. premises and all outbuildings thereon erected or to be erected to be for ever hereafter appropriated and used and for a school for the education of children and adults or children only of the labouring manufacture and other poorer classes of the sd. parish of Campton and for the residence of the schoolmaster and schoolmistress of the sd. school and for no other purpose;
which sd. school shall always be in union with and conducted upon the principles and in furtherance of the ends and designs of the Incorporated National Society for promoting the education of the poor in the principles of the Church of England.
