    Rev. W. Williamson of Datchworth (co. Herts.), clerk (owner), & Sir Geo. Rob. Osborn of Chicksands, bart. & Benj. Hinds of Surbiton (co. Surrey), to [the Minister & churchwarden] of Campton. [Plan.] A copy dated 7 July 1873 is in the Campton file at the National Society's premises, 69 Gt. Peter Street, S.W.1. Its description is given as follows: 7 July 1873 Rev. Wm. Williamson of Datchworth, clerk, seised of part of property; Rev. Wm. Williamson, as above, ) seised of remainder, Sir Geo. Osborn ) at request of Charlotte Williamson Ben. Hinds of Surbiton esq ) of Kempston, wid., to Rev. Geo. Montague Osborn, clerk Jas. Kirby, minister and churchwarden of Campton -- all that piece of land situate at Campton together with the school room and dwellinghouse and outbuildings standing thereon, coloured pink on plan in margin (not copied on this copy) to hold unto and to the use of the sd. minister and churchwarden of the sd. parish and their successors. upon trust: to permit the sd. premises and all outbuildings thereon erected or to be erected to be for ever hereafter appropriated and used and for a school for the education of children and adults or children only of the labouring manufacture and other poorer classes of the sd. parish of Campton and for the residence of the schoolmaster and schoolmistress of the sd. school and for no other purpose; which sd. school shall always be in union with and conducted upon the principles and in furtherance of the ends and designs of the Incorporated National Society for promoting the education of the poor in the principles of the Church of England.
