- a messuage or farm called the Meetinghouse Farm, with 6 a. 1 r. 35 p.;
meetingho, burial ground & burial vault tomb in one of the fields of the farm;
all in Rickmansworth & occ Levi Squires on these trusts:
the meetingho & burial ground are to be held for the society of people called Quakers, as for several years past, at the rent of £2.10.0 p.a.
this does not include the vault & tomb and 6 ft of gd adj the N side & E end thereof, which belong to Jane Willson's family;
should the trustees within 21 yrs desire to build a new meetingho, they may take part of the orchard adj the burial ground on the W, but not more than 25 ft E-W from the present W fence of the burial ground.
