Maxey Jnr., Hen Savage, jnr., Edw. Lewis, s. of Walter - feoffees. 27.10.0. "being the Poores money of the Parish of Bletsoe" - as above, late Mich. Shaller, now Thos. Litchfield E, late Thos. Talbot now Sir Creswell Levinz, kt., W, highway N, late Wm. Fish now Wid. Hill S. to (ii) to demise for such terms as they shall think fit for the greatest rest that can be had, the rents to be paid to the overseers of the poor of Bletsoe for the relief and sustenation of the poor of Bletsoe at discretion of feoffees, Rector and inhabitants or as many of them as shall attend a meeting at the church upon notice. Overseers to give an account of the rents before going out of office and enter same in parish books. Copy of deed to be kept with the accounts in a chest in the chancel. Provisions for electing new feoffees on decease of (ii) from among the most substantial inhabitants. ensorsed: "Bletsoe deed of Charity"
