Title
Notice to Oliver Bigg that his landlady Mrs Mary Twydell, widow, has seized his houshold goods and stock in his house in Hitchin because he owes 11 rent. If he hasn't paid up within 5 days the goods will be sold and disposed of as the law directs. Inventory of his goods includes:
In the Kitchen - a large table and 10 chairs, various other tables, plates, candlesticks, spits, etc.
In the Buttery - kettles, pans, wooden trenchers, half hogshead, glass bottles, etc
In the room over the Kitchen and the room over the Buttery - bedsteads, feather beds and pillows, chests, blankets, rugs, a looking glass, etc.
In the yard - one old wheel barrow, three ducks and four hens
