Another acre in the same furlong with the land of Richard Milward Clerk E and that of Lady Briers W, abutting the said brook S. Another acre in the same field with Richard Milward's land E and Lady Briers W, abutting N Feilden meadow with all woods, hedges, freeboards, etc, to the use of (1) and his wife, and then their children, to hold of the Chief Lord of the Fee for the rents and services accustomed. Party (1) is the true owner of an estate of inheritance in fee simple or fee farm, and conveys it to (2). Witnessed by Edward Hadock (H his mark), Thomas Mirwin (his mark).
