If reasonably requested by Thomas Field in the next 7 years, The Taverners agree to show: - Common recovery suffered by John and Jane Bellaseys in the Court of Common Pleas (Ret 44) - Indenture 24 May 1641 between 1) John Skynner, gent 2) John Meager of Hexton 3) John and Jane Bellaseys 4) Francis Taverner, Richard Taverner and John Sheppard of Gravenhurst, declaring that the Great Field alias the West Field was to the use of Richard Taverner for life, then to Martha his wife, then to the heirs of Richard Taverner - Fine levied 1641 by Francis Taverner, Richard and Martha Taverner in the Court of Common Pleas of all Great Field alias West Field, with parties Henry Fuller, John Clerke and Elizabeth Brace, and John Prudden and John Meager. In 1646 John Prudden and John Meager released to the Taverners Chappell Furlong and the parcel of pasture ground for ever. Witnessed by John Field, Edward Lacey, John Roger, William Bunnian and John Griffith
