    Surrender by the Guardians of the Poor of Ampthill, John Church, churchwarden and yeoman of Higham Gobion, customary tenant of Sharpenhoe Manor, and Samuel Kidman and Samuel Ainsworth, Overseers of the Poor, Higham Gobion of: - a copyhold cottage being two tenements in Higham Gobion, Manor of Sharpenhoe, occ by William Pratt and John Hilyard, fronting E the road leading out of the Turnpike Road towards Pulloxhill, W by land belonging to the Trustees of the Barton Free School, S by cottage of William Smart, deceased for 30 paid by Thomas Flint Field, gent, of Hutton, near Brentwood, Essex to the Treasurers of the Union, to be placed in the "Higham Gobion Parish Property Account".
