Recites will of John Pigott esq of Pulloxhill 26 November 1661 [see Z937/29/2], with the additional information that if Mary Pigott should marry, then she should not inhabit any of John Pigott's houses nor have any benefit from them. Recites Thomas Neale agreed to give 2000 for the purchase of all the land in Pulloxhill, but because of the minority of Pigott Saunderson and the uncertainty as to whom the land would descend if Pigott Saunderson died without male issue, a good assurance could not be made to Thomas Neale. Recites Thomas Neale should provide security for the payment. Recites Thomas Neale has other land in Pulloxhill worth 100 pa. this is recited in abstract of Mr Heames land at Z 937/16/1
