- Scope and Content- to wife Rose Eliza Field all household furniture, pictures, plate, trinkets, jewellery, wines and liquors, horses and carriages on or about my dwelling house and premises at the time of my death - to Edward Dans Robert, William Henry Powell, wife Rose Eliza Field and daughter Rose Eliza Field all real estate and the residue of personal estate on trust to receive rents and annual income and pay all taxes, rates, etc, and to pay the net income to my wife during her life to maintain, clothe and educate my daughers Rose Eliza Field and Amelia Field during their minorities or as long as they reside with her. After the decease of my wife, then 200 annuity to each of my two daughters - when wife dies, next heir is daughter Rose Eliza, and after her, daughter Amelia - if any trustee dies in TFF's lifetime, or renounces trusteeship, or is absent from the UK for 6 months, or becomes unable or unwilling to act in the trusts, he/she may be replaced with consent of wife by any fit person - executors: Edward Dans Roberts, gent of Fielden, William Henry Powell, gent, of Finchley Road, Middlesex, wife Rose Eliza Field and daughter Rose Eliza Field
