    (i) Dame Mary Abdy, widow, of Saville Row, Middlesex [vendor] (ii) Sir William Abdy, Baronet, of Mill Street, Berkeley Square, Middlesex [vendor] (iii) Thomas Gardiner Bramston esq of Freens, Essex [trustee of (ii)] (iv) John Edwards esq of Silsoe (v) Thomas Field, cheesemonger, of Newgate Street, London [purchaser] (vi) Samuel May, draper, of Ampthill [trustee of (v)] (i) stands seised of the property, and (ii) is entitled to the reversion on the death of (i) his mother (i) and (ii) contract with (iv) for the absolute sale of the freehold in fee simple and inheritance in possession for 10,000 but no conveyance has yet been made.
