Deed of appointment by John Field, gent, of New Inn and Frances his wife, late Frances Flint, one of the daughters of Thomas Flint of Higham Gobion, yeoman decd, pursuant to a Dower, granting all premises to the uses, after the decease of John and Frances, of Thomas Flint Field their eldest son. .
a) New Inn, Flitton, the adjoining 40 ac closes of pasture, the 1ac 1r pightle exchanged with Countess Dowager of Kent, decd, and the adjoinng 2 close, formerly 2 pightles, in Flitton, all formerly occ by by Thomas Day, formerly John Hill, and now and for many years past John Field
b) close called Cherry Orchard containing 5ac in Kitchen Field, 4ac of which are in Pulloxhill the other is in Flitton, the all tithes from the 4ac
Revokes the limitation before declared.
