(c) Capital messuage or mansion house of C.N. Field commonly called Brotherhood House in Bancroft Street, Hitchin, now or late occ by Widow Phillips, Widow Shegg and Richard Croft, with all houses, outhouses, malthouses, malt kilns, cisterns, shops, lofts, barns, stables, dovehouses, yards, gardens, orchards, backsides, common of pasture, and reversion and remainder.
