for 105 in fee simple, of
38 poles land in Stotfold on S of High Road bounded W by Mrs Tookey, S and E by other property of (1), with 60' frontage to road, uniform width E-W of 60' and uniform depth of 175', edged pink on plan.
Covenant by (2) to erect and maintain a substantial fence on the S and E sides.
Covenant by (1) that he may obstruct access of light and air to any building erected on the land, and (2) shall not acquire any right to light and air because such access is by the consent of (1).
Covenant by (1) to produce scheduled deeds beginning with conveyance 29 Sept 1869 between 1) John Nathaniel Foster
