Recites (II) - on 1 July 1948 this was agricultural land within the meaning of the Town and Country Planning Act 1947. Reserving to HM War Dept the rights as in conveyance 25 March 1943. Subject to yearly tenancy agreement made 20 May 1942 between Mary Howard and AJ and W Mooring. If the War Dept ceases to own the land, the UDC will take over the drainage system.
