- Philip Beach died 9 July 1793 intestate, leaving his nieces Mrs Mary Ann Whitehurst, Miss Jane Bell and Mrs Susan Parker as coheiresses.

Recites that (1) put the premises up for sale by public auction in 9
lots, and at sale John Parker purchased lots 7 & 8 for 575 and he
and his wife Susanna were desirous to have all shares in the
premises settled,
therefore (2) paid 191-13s-4d - being one third - to Revd Hitchin Whitehurst and Mary Ann his wife, and the same amount to Jane Bell.
