for 600, a new brick messuage lately erected by (1) in Bedford St Paul fronting N on Mill Lane, with kitchen and yard or garden now occ by Richard Cobb Collett, Gent, and the workshop Forge and warehouse erected by (1) in Bedford St Paul near the 2 new brick messuages now in possession of (1), and the way and passage leading to Mill Lane.
