4) Robert William Skevington, farmer and baker of Bedford.
- a) 4 messuages in Grey Friars Walk, Bedford St Paul late occ by Mrs Dupont, Mrs Dealey, Charles Bailey and William Smith and now James William Gazely, George Thompson and Samuel Gibbons, and a right of way for (4) over a piece of ground 5' wide lying between these premises and those purchased some time ago by James Weston from Thomas Bryant, also rights of way of every kind for (4) over the roads on the S and E sides of the premises. William Skevington bought the premises from Thomas Bryant.
- b) messuage on E side of St Johns Street, Bedford St Mary, formerly occ by William Skevington, then William Chapman, now Robert William Skevington, bounded N by the leasehold premises of Elizabeth Skevington held of the Hospital of St John Bedford, E by the garden belonging to the Hospital late occ by William Chapman, S by a tenement occ by Charles Swepson, and W by the said Street.
- c) 2 dwellinghouses with garden ground in Kempston, bounded E by the Common Road or Street, N by dwellinghouse some time ago sold to John Sletcher and now belonging to ---, S & W by pasture land late belonging to Francis Green esq, late occ by Widow Keech and Bears, and now Keech and Horner.
- d) a cottage in Up End, Kempston near or adjoining the Quart Pot public house previously occ by Sarah Taylor, John Cox, John Sord and Samuel Sord, then Widow Sord, then Widow Teedon and now Widow Teedon
- e) 2 leasehold messuages in Pepper Alley, Bedford St Johns now or lately held of the Master and Co-Brethren of St Johns Hospital, and all other leasehold messuages, if any.
