- copy agreement regarding the Reading Room of 13 Feb 1914 between (i) Jessie Catherine Haddock and (ii) the Vicar and the Churchwardens (William G.Fitzpatrick and John Howard Howard) in which (ii) agree to manage and maintain the Reading Room, paying 1/- annual rent to (i) who will provide 24/14/- to purchase the ground on which the room stood. The agreement forbade: use by societies contrary to the doctrine of the Church of England; gambling; alcohol consumption;
