Indenture tripartitie, between 1) Mary Cawne, widow of Bedford, one of the sisters and a devisee in the will of Robert Battisson decd [vendor] 2) John Parker, surgeon and apothecary of Bedford [purchaser] 3) William Parker, grocer of Bedford [attorney for Mary Cawne] for 21 of a) half acre pasture or sweard ground commonly called Boarden Barns in St Paul, Bedford now and for several years last past occ by John Bennett, the close late of Harden called Hardens Close adj W and N, the King's Highway S, Corn Close E with reversion and remainder and all other profits Witnesses: Richd Lovesey, John Cawne and Mary Cawne
