    Further Charge by Mary Read, widow to Rev. Benjamin Trapp of Thurleigh, clerk, John Trapp of Bedford, draper and Francis Trapp of Bedford, gentleman. Reciting - Z 948/8 above in which the two messuages are noted as now occupied by Mrs. Weidman and Mr.Howes - that the mortgage of £445 belonged to Benjamin Trapp sr. as trustee not beneficially - will of Benjamin Trapp sr. of 17 Aug 1846 appointed his three sons BT, JT and FT as executors and trustees - death of Benjamin Trapp sr. on 21 Sep 1849 - proof of will of BT sr. in PCC on 4 Jan 1850 - will of GR of 2 Mar 1836 leaving the two messuages, one then in occupation of George Wells, to MR, his wife - death of GR on 3 Sep 1840 - proof of will of GR in court of Archdeaconry of Bedford on 1 Feb 18.. - agreement of 184... by BT, JT and FT, through their agent Richard Halfhead, banker, with MR for MR to let and take rent from the westernmost messuage whilst BT, JT and FT took rent for the easternmost messuage. - £445 mortgage was still outstanding and since the agreement referred to directly above BT, JT and FT had spent £60/4/5 keeping the easternmost messuage in good repair - MR agreed to charge the £60/4/5 and £3/13/- costs in drawing up the further charge making £63/17/5 to BT, JT and FT. Witnessing Additional charge of £63/17/5 secured on the premises representing money expended as above and that BT, JT and FT might exercise power of sale, though all interest had been paid. Endorsed with Further Charge of 1866 Further charge from MR to BT, JT and FT of £38/6/10 for repairs plus £4/13/- for drawing up the deed and £2/2/- incidental costs in an agreement of 8 Feb 1866 between MR and Rev.Charles Wright Noble Hyne making a total further charge of £45/1/10
