Title
Bound volume compiled by a member of Skefco Private Fire Brigade recording the Brigade's participation in competitions. The compiler, possibly G.Morgan, the Brigade Secretary, noted the following for each competition entered: the type of drill undertaken; the names of the individuals competing; the position they achieved; the time recorded; comments.
The competitions in which the Brigade participated were as follows:
- Luton & District Private Fire Brigades Annual Competitions - 1926, 1927, 1929, 1930, 1931, 1932, 1933, 1934, 1935 and 1936 [partly missing];
- Northampton Private Fire Brigades Association Annual Tournament - 1926;
- Leicester & Leicestershire Private Fire Brigades Association Annual Tournament - 1926;
- National Private Fire Brigades Championships - 1929, 1930.
