    Stevington - Messuage, Farm [Hart Farm?] etc Will of William Leigh, Beeston, Sandy, Cornfactor to Mary Smith, late of Potton, now of Crown Court, No 2 near St James, London - freehold messuage, barns, stables, outhouses, yard etc in Beeston [Sandy], and garden and orchard adjoining (1a) now in occupation of himself and Thomas Ball. - freehold allotment land in Beeston(5r 13p) now in occupation of William Bale for life. Said Mary Smith to keep estate in good repair. After her decease above estate etc devised to friends Richard Bird of Beeston, Edward Sutton of Willow Hill Farm near Mogerhanger, and Thomas Street, Renhold, farmers, on trust to pay rents(after deducting repairs, taxes etc) to John Smith, son of above Mary Smith for life, and after his death, on trust to sell the estate. Money arising to be divided among children of John Ulyatt, Edward Ulyatt, Abraham Ulyatt and Elizabeth Golding, his cousins, as shall be then living. to said Mary Smith - use of household goods, plate, linen, china, stock in grocer's shop and kitchen for live - Son, said John Smith, not to have anything to do with the same Inventory to be taken by trustees and executors of said household goods, stock etc after his decease. After death of Mary Smith, then same bequeathed to John Smith. to children of John Ulyatt, Edward Ulyatt, Abraham Ulyatt and Elizabeth Golding - £600 to be equally divided among them as shall be living at his decease. To be paid by executors within 12 months to said Richard Bird, Edward Sutton and Thomas Street - £200 on trust to place said sum at interest and pay said interest to Mrs Jane Tatman, Chalton, Blunham, widow, for life. After her death said sum to be divided among 5 children, John, Thomas, William, Joseph, and Charlotte Tatman, as are then living - £200 on trust to place said sum at interest and pay said interest to nephew Samuel Parvin for life. After his decease then sum to be paid to children of said Samuel Parvin as are then living to the deacons of the Baptist Fleet meeting in Lincolnshire 'of which I was once a member' - £100 to be paid within 12 months of his decease on trust to be invested by the deacons and interest to be paid to the Minister of the said meeting as 'said deacons .shall approve of' to deacons of Blunham Baptish Meeting - £100 within 12 months after his decease on trust to be invested by the Deacons and pay interest to Minister as 'said Deacons shall approve of' Directs that executors shall out of his personal estate erect and set up a tomb for late sister Elizabeth Parvin, and one for himself, with a proper inscription on each to said Richard Bird, Edward Sutton and Thomas Street - residue of estate on trust to place same at interest and pay said interest to John Smith for life and then for his lawful children, to be divided among them at 21.
