    Messuage and land in Radwell Assignment of Mortgage i) George Stevens, Bedford, and wife Elizabeth (said Elizabeth being sole executrix of Jane Norman of Radwell, Felmersham, widow, deceased) ii) George Wingell, Radwell, labourer(eldest son of Mary Wingell, Radwell, widow of William Wingell, deceased) iii) Lawrence Parks, Milton Ernest, blacksmith reciting mortgage of 25 March 1766 and assignment of 19 January 1769 Humphrey Norman, party to above, died intestate, and administration of his estate was granted by Archdeacon of Bedford to Jane Norman, his sister who is since dead. Said Jane by her will of 14 March 1786 appointed Elizabeth Stevens sole executrix Said £21 is still owing plus £5 5s for interest (total £26 5s) i) has called in debt and ii) has requested iii) to advance him £30 to pay off said mortgage and 'to supply other occasions' Now in consideration of £26 5s paid to i) by iii) and £3 15s to ii) i) by direction of ii) assign to iii) - said messuage, cottage, land etc for remainder of said term If said £30 repaid on 30 November next then term of 500 years re-assigned to such persons as iii) should appoint Signatures of all endorsed receipts Witnesses Richard Lovesey John Wells
