    Farmhouse land etc in Radwell Release i) Audry Huendine of Whaplode Drove, Whaplode, Lincs, widow (a devisee named by her then name of Audry Chambers, in the last will of Ann Walker, deceased, late the wife of Thomas Walker, Bedford, brewer) ii) said Thomas Walker consideration - £400 paid by ii) to i) i) releases to ii) - messuage or farmhouse etc at Radwell in Felmersham, formerly in occupation of Audrey Berry, widow, and then of Philip Hill, gentleman, and Audrey Berry - 30a arable, ley and sward ground - 4åa meadow in common and open fields of Radwell and Felmersham, formerly in occupation of John Riseley and then of William Neale - 4 a more arable in commonfields and bounds of Radwell and Felmersham formerly also in occupation of John Riseley and William Neale all lately the property of Ann Walker, Late wife of i) also i) releases to ii) - reversion in said property, all rents and profits payable thereon - deeds etc concerning the same to use of ii) forever i) covenants with ii) that she is lawfully seised of a good estate of inheritance in reversion expectant on the determination of the estate for life of ii) in said premises and shall continue so seised until a good estate in fee simple shall be vested in ii) Signature of i) (Audery Huerdine) endorsed receipt Witnesses Willm Franklyn Thos Orlebar Marsh
