iv) John Randall of Stotfold,labourer consideration - £31 paid by iv) to Messrs Wells, Hogg and Lindsell, the Treasurers of the said Union, to be placed to the Stotfold Parish Property account i) ii) and iii) conveyed to iv)
- their interest in
--- copyhold piece of land at Church End, otherwise Frog End, formerly part of the waste of the Manor
--- cottage long since built thereon fronting on Queen Street, once in occupation of Thomas Brown and now of iv) adjoining a cottage formerly of Isaac Coxall, since of the Parish Officers of Stotfold and lately sold to Thomas Harris to be held subject to quit rent of 1s seal of the Guardians and seals and signatures of ii) and iii)
Now at this Court John Randall by George Dekins Wade, his attorney was admitted tenant to said cottage and land fine as in margin of deed [not given]
