-nephews Samuel Fountain, John Fountain, Thomas Stonebanks junior of Northampton, Joseph Stonebanks and George Stonebanks and to nieces Sarah Stonebanks and Mary Ann Foskett all monies possessed of at time of decease, after all expenses paid, now deposited at the Bank for Savings at Bedford, and with Samuel Foskett of Rushden, to be equally divided between them, on decease of sister Susannah Stonebanks, who receives the interest on the money during her life

-niece Sarah Stonebanks bedstead and featherbed and oak chest of drawers
-niece Mary Ann Foskett a smaller chest of drawers
-niece Sarah Stonebanks six silver tea spoons, two silver table spoons, four silver salt spoons and a pair of silver sugar tongs
-niece Mary Ann Foskett the younger six silver tea spoons, two silver table spoons, four silver salt spoons and a silver cream jug
