Deed of covenant and declaration of trust i) John Josias Conybeare Olivier, Rose Villa, Northam, Bideford, Devon, Esq ii) Sarah Elizabeth Olivier, 2, Cambridge Terrace, Dover, Kent, widow reciting bequest of £800 Great Northern Railway Stock in will of the Rev Daniel Josias Olivier to be held in trust for ii) reciting also death of Henry Stephen Olivier, one of the trustees on 1 February 1864 ii) has surrendered her life interest in said sum to i) who has agreed to pay her an annual sum It is also that £400 Consolidated B Stock of GNR Company (part of said £800 like stock) should be retransferred by i) into joint names of i) and ii)now i) agrees to pay annual sum of £24 to ii) payable cont quarterly also i) and ii) declare that they hold said £400 on trust for ii) for life so long as she remain a widow.
