formerly in occupation of William Parsons and Mary Brittain and now of - Ireland and Mary Brittain
to which i) was admitted tenant at Court on 26 April 1872
- all buildings,watercourses, etc (excepting common rights)
Now in consideration of said £45 i) covenants with ii)
that he has power to surrender the property
