Said Thomas Easey surrendered them to the use of his will dated 26 June 1769 by which he devised said cottages, after decease of wife, Mary Easey (who is since dead) unto his brother and sister, William Easey and Elizabeth, late Elizabeth Easey, his nephew and niece, Thomas and Grace Brayly, son and daughter of his sister Grace Brayly, John West, Thomas West, Constance, Sarah and Elizabeth West, sons and daughters of said wife Mary by former husband, Thomas West, deceased, equally between them as tenants in common John Cooper, a private in 4th Regiment of Dragoons,son and heir of Sarah Cooper, late Sarah West, spinster, now deceased, now came into Court and was admitted to his mother's 1/9th part fine åd and 1/3rd of åd
Afterwards said John surrendered

to use of Denis Herbert, Biggleswade, merchant
Said Denis Herbert is now admitted to the property same fine paid
