Mortgage (i) Edward Stratford, Luton, vendor of sewing machines (ii) John Robert Brown, Harpenden, Herts, architect Francis Henry Humphreys, Saint Albans, Herts, architect Consideration - £450 paid to (i) by (ii) out of money belonging to them on a joint account, and interest at 5% pa (i) conveys to (ii) - piece of land in Barbers Lane, Luton bounded with measurements as before - 3 shops etc erected by (i) on said piece of land and now in occupation of (i), Samuel Weatherhead and Philip Arnold to hold subject to mortgage of 13 June 1882 and principal sum of £2,000 secured by said mortgage. Buildings to be insured in sum of £2,450, by (i).
