Reciting death of Elizabeth Allen on 20 April 1887 intestate C leaving (i) her heir at law (James Allen being considered as if dead by the Deed of Separation) he being the only child of Elizabeth and James, which marriage being contracted at Bedford Registry Office by Samuel Wing, Registrar, about 25 years ago (i) was born at Rameridge End, Luton, about 23 years since (i) has agreed with (ii) for purchase of property at £120 and (ii) agrees to accept such title as (i) has and that (i) should not convey premises as beneficial owner but would make covenants, as hereafter contained now in consideration of £120 (i) conveys to (ii) - 2 messuages in Chase Street now in occupation of (i) (i) covenants with (ii) that he has never done anything to encumber premises and will execute any further assurance required.
