(i) was born at Rameridge End, Luton, about 23 years since
(i) has agreed with (ii) for purchase of property at £120 and (ii) agrees to accept such title as (i) has and that (i) should not convey premises as beneficial owner but would make covenants, as hereafter contained
now in consideration of £120
(i) conveys to (ii)

now in occupation of (i)
(i) covenants with (ii) that he has never done anything to encumber premises and will execute any further assurance required.
