Copy letter from Jonathan Adams, Brickhill, to John Munton, Esq., Banbury.
Nothing has passed about land of Mr Towson but what he is in possession of. He will recollect what he said about the Lathbury Vicar and the 4 Acre Field. Please to say when to pay money. Has £2850. Please pay the remainder and he will pay him 5%. If not can borrow it "up here". If he possibly can, please send him a lease or a copy of it. 25 December 1840
