Rough draft of Z694/25 - Draft release and indemnity, and disclaimer i) Abraham Darby, Stoke Court near Slough, Bucks, Esq. William Grant, Lichborough, Near Weedon, Northants (surviving executors under will of John Grant, late of Leighton Buzzard, banker, decreased) ii) John Dollin Bassett Francis Bassett (Leighton Buzzard, bankers) (ii) have agreed to pay to (i) £2500 to which they are entitled as surviving executors of will of John Grant. Abraham Darby has declined to become a partner in the banking business now in consideration of £2500 paid to (i) by (ii) (i) release, exonerate etc (ii) from all actions, sums of money etc which they might have against them on account of the partnership lately subsisting between (ii) and Hannah Grant or of share of John Grant, deceased, in capital and effects of said partnership. Also Abraham Darby renounces the right to succeed to share of John Grant in said partnership also (ii) discharge (i), as executors, from all actions, claims etc they may have against (i), or against estate of John Grant, and will keep them indemnified.
