    Papers respecting the claim to Tithe hay.Minutes taken before the Commissioners in the hearing of Mr. Whittingham in support of his claim to tithe hay. The Vicar produced a terrier signed by Henry Odell, Minister, and witnessed by William Beech and William Rutterforth, churchwardens, taken between 1706 and 1717 or 1718, in which are these words: 'The grain belongs to the Impropriator - hay is took upon grass cocks, Hamp by the Sheaf - turnips none - underwood the tenth pole separated by the Vicar' Copy of Mr Justice Winch's report of a cause, Crabtree v Syll 'by which Report Crabtree appears to have received by Verdict of Syll tythe hay in Wrestlingworth Parish' 1 Feb 1616 Agreement between the Rev. Richard Whittingham, Vicar of Potton, and proprietors and occupiers of land in Potton as to the payment of certain sums per acre for small tithes. With list of types of field, amount per acre not given 19 September 1812 'He also produced the following Persons who were examined on there oaths' 12 November 1814-see X744/55
