Merger of tithe rent charge John Howard Howard, Clapham Park, declares that:
By the tithe apportionment of Clapham on 27 September 1844 and altered apportionment of 2 November 1925, the rent charges in the Schedule have been charged on the lands described in the Schedule
He is entitled to an estate in fee simple in said rent charge
Is his intention that said rent charges shall be merged in freehold of said lands
