    Main Descent of Clapham Park Estate Agreement (i) John Howard Howard, Clapham Park, Clapham, Esquire (ii) Lancelot Clark, Clapham, farmer By transfer of even date (i) has transferred land in Schedule and shown edged red on attached plan, to (ii) subject to stipulations and conditions hereinafter expressed: - right of way between points B, C, and D on plan, used by (i) as carriage road (ii) will make good any unreasonable wear or damage caused to said road, and will keep in repair branch road from opposite point C to gate in field no 135 and will erect proper self-closing gate leading from field to said road. - right to enter on that part of field no. 104 which lies within 50 yards from eastern boundary thereof to shoot game coming from Clapham Park Wood. - telephone poles at present standing on land to be left in their present position during such time as (i), or any member of his family, shall own Clapham Park, with right of access to said pole. Any damage to crops to be made good.
