To crop according to the four course shift ie Ã… land each year to be fallow, Ã… in clover or grass layer which shall not stand for seed except for use of the farm. In case of seed failing tenants may take peas or beans if twice hoed.

Ditches to be kept clean and gates, windows etc in good repair.
