-residue of personal estate all rest and residue of freehold and copyhold manors, lands etc to be held: to use that wife should receive annuity of £300 in addition to her jointure, and testator's sister, Mary Steventon, to receive annuity of £100
by the Rev William Brighton Russell and the Rev John William Burgon, for 500 years from his decease, and subject thereto:
to use of brother Henry Hugh Higgins, for ever said term of 500 years limited to secure said annuities when in arrears

-all trust and mortgaged estates
