Report on certain ground rents (£180 p.a.) on nos. 11 - 16 Observatory Avenue, proposed to be purchased by the Governor's of Ashton's Clergy Charity. The houses are substantially built, and rented at £150 p.a. 'We are of opinion that these Ground Rents being thoroughly secured on good property in a good locality are worth 30 years purchase or £5,400'
