(a) a piece of land containing 35 poles and 23 yards, bounded on the N or NW by Wellington Street, on the E or NE partly by a messuage or shop of Herbert Stalker and partly by premises of John Chadwick Kershaw, on the W or SW partly by a shop in the occupation of Messrs Bird and Hudson and partly by the premises of [ ] Cox and on the S or SE by other hereditaments, with two messuages or tenements and shops known as 21 and 23 Wellington Street, the shop or warehouse known as 25 Wellington Street, and the warehouse or store at the rear of 21 Wellington Street and other buildings standing on the said land ....was conveyed to the Company subject to a Mortgage dated 19th December 1906 and its transfer in /15.
