Conveyance by 1 to 2 in consideration of £108 by indenture of bargain and sale of date of the previous day and in consideration of 5s each paid by Robert Bowyer to Joseph and Sarah Keep full å part or moiety of:
- 5 several closes of pasture or enclosed grounds with appurtenances at Wilden; Brook Close, Wheathouse Yard Close, Gt Cuckhows, Lt Cuckhows and Ruddock's Pightle, previously occupied by Richard Wagstaff, now or late Henry Wagstaff heirs and assigns.
- 2 closes pasture or spinneys with appurtenances at Wilden called Two Cowfield Spinneys, previously occupied by Richard Wagstaff and now or late by Henry Wagstaff.
- 36a, several pieces of arable land, leys meadows and pasture ground with appurtenances in Wilden parish fields now or lately occupied by Henry Wagstaff
Joseph and Sarah Keep have full authority to sell the premises
Recites: mortgage 23 Feb 1756 premises granted and released for tenure of 1000 years to George Makeham by Joseph and Sarah Keep on consideration of £150, subject to proviso for making the same void on payment of £100 and interest. To Thomas Bowyer in trust.
