William Wagstaff shall acknowledge and levy in this Majesties Court of Common Pleas at Westminster as of Easter Term next ensuring date hereof, as of same other subsequent term unto Thomas Palmer one fine The property to be discharged from all other indentures by Wm Wagstaff, the son, father and grandfather.
