Whereas said Thos Palmer hath agreed with William Wagstaffe for the absolute purchase of the premises in consideration of £520 out of which purchase money £426 paid to Thomas Woodward in respect of said mortgage. Witnesseth in consideration of £426 (being part of said purchase money) paid to Thomas Woodward by Thos Palmer and with consent of Wm Wagstaff in respect of mortgage and consideration of 5s to Thomas Woodward paid by Joseph Freelove to his use for 1000 years in trust for benefit of said Thos Palmer heirs and assigns.
