Whereas there is now due to Thomas Woodward the principal of £370 9s and £55 11s interest making £426.
Whereas said Thos Palmer hath agreed with William Wagstaffe for the absolute purchase of the premises in consideration of £520 out of which purchase money £426 paid to Thomas Woodward in respect of said mortgage.
Witnesseth in consideration of £426 (being part of said purchase money) paid to Thomas Woodward by Thos Palmer and with consent of Wm Wagstaff in respect of mortgage and consideration of 5s to Thomas Woodward paid by Joseph Freelove to his use for 1000 years in trust for benefit of said Thos Palmer heirs and assigns.

Whereas said Thomas Palmer by lease and release bearing even date herewith conveyed freehold and inheritance to Edward Green, St Gabriel, Fenchurch Street, Middx, Esq., said premises to be assigned to Nathl Hulme, Charter House Square, Middx, for the remainder of the said two terms of 1000 years in trust for said Edward Green
Witness in consideration of 10s paid to Jos Freelove by Nathl Hulme said premises and appurtenances to said Nathl Hulme for the terms of 1000 years in trust for Sir Edward Green.
