And whereas there is now due unto the said Thomas Browne by X631/6 and indenture of 5 Feb 1728/9 by which premises were further charged with £50 plus interest, now totalling £287 10s in all.
Witnesseth Mortgage by 1 to the use of 3 in consideration £287 10s for residue 1000 yrs, premises as before
1 does release annuity or rent charge of £15 to 3
Further Witnesseth in consideration £62 10s paid by 3 to 2a and provided always 2a shall repay to 3 £350 and interest on 11 August next
