    To:Geo Austin. "Gresham's Charity. I have been for some time in poor health and but ill able to attend to letters written either in an angry or good temper. Several of your charges I should suppose are untenable and othe I should suppose to belong to Mr. Williamson and the managers and I doubt (hole in paper) er being entitled to term fees (hole in paper) [le]ave the matter to Mr. Jennings and your London agent and if they cannot agree it, let the matter be adjusted by the officer of the court, or by a jury if you prefer it.
